About Denis Faye M.S.
I’m a purpose-driven nutrition consultant, journalist, and athlete committed to changing people’s lives for the better.
During my 20 years at Beachbody, I guided the creation of nutrition programs and content that have helped millions get results. I also shepherded the company’s nutrition philosophy as they grew from a scrappy infomercial shop to a billion dollar publicly traded company.
As a writer, I’ve contributed to dozens of publications including The New York Times, Outside, Men’s Journal, Wired, Men’s Health, and Natural Products Insider. I’ve also ghostwritten or collaborated on books including Tony Horton’s The Big Picture and Michele Promanaulayko’s Sugar Free 3.
Today, I work with companies ranging from small start-ups to multinational corporations, helping them better reach audiences and better reach their goals.
My transformation story, from an inactive couch potato in my twenties to nutrition authority and competitive endurance athlete gives me the ability to see nutrition through a variety of consumer lenses.
