Muscle-heads have used creatine for years to bulk up. As it turns out, they were bulking up their gray matter as well. According to this study out of Australia’s University of Sydney, oral creatine monohydrate can have a “significant positive effect on both working memory and intelligence.”
Frankly, I find this rather frustrating. I’ve never been a creatine user. Frankly, my guns are massive enough as is. However, I misplace my car keys about three times a day and once got lost biking to the Albertsons supermarket five blocks from my house. This stuff could have been doing me a world of good.
