Creatine cranks your cranium?

Muscle-heads have used creatine for years to bulk up. As it turns out, they were bulking up their gray matter as well.¬†According to this study out of Australia’s University of Sydney, oral creatine monohydrate can have a “significant positive effect on both working memory and intelligence.”

Frankly, I find this rather frustrating. I’ve never been a creatine user. Frankly, my guns are massive enough as is. However, I misplace my car keys about three times a day and once got lost biking to the Albertsons supermarket five blocks from my house. This stuff could have been doing me a world of good.
Looks like The Fitness Nerd’ll be buying another big, white tub for my sup collection.
